The Day Spa @ Desert Springs is located in the Herencia Show Home in the Reserve Privée, next to the Golf Club House. Award winning therapist Karen Kelliher offers health and beauty treatments for your pleasure and convenience. Karen trained and was Student of the Year at Southfields College in the U.K. and has worked at leading salons in the Midlands. A wide range of individual treatments are available using the Elemis range of products, Professional Beauty Industry awards winner 2005. The Elemis range of advanced skincare formulations and professional spa-therapies provide life-enhancing solutions for every man and women. Karen, as an experienced health and beauty therapist, prescribes and uniquely ensures treatments are tailor made to suit your needs in an un-hurried and relaxed atmosphere. Elemis lead the way with new ideas and discoveries, providing spas with unsurpassed aromatherapy products and holistic spa therapies for their clients. It is the preferred aromatherapy range in over 600 spas worldwide. Elemis is more than a product range. It is a way of life. To complement the products an entire treatment menu has been created.
Focusing on the relief of specific stress and muscle tension, Elemis deep tissue muscle massage combined with specially blended massage oils can be tailor made to suit the individual needs of the client. All of the Desert Springs people we came into contact were helpful, professional and courteous but a couple of them I felt deserved a special mention Karen, the Beauty therapist, was very knowledgeable and fabulous, including inventing a special treatment especially for me so I could go home with my fab tan all intact and soft and smooth - which was fabulous - We fully intend to revisit Desert Springs again in the future and I will definitely book Karen both for treatments and Elemis products but e-mail in advance of my visit so I am not disappointed. All in all a fab holiday - thank you very much and see everyone at Desert Springs again soon, although I think I shall have to wait until 2007 now unfortunately.
