Desert Springs offers an array of meeting, presentation and conference facilities that can be adapted to your specific needs.
Smaller, more formal events can be held either in the luxury air-conditioned meeting rooms of the Clubhouse or the exclusive Private Reserve. The Cave Gallery provides a very special and atmospheric rendezvous for small high level meetings. Larger presentations and conferences can be comfortably hosted in the multi-purpose rooms of the Crocodile Club. The Special Events Marquee, at the Golf Academy, provides 600m2 of covered space plus highly adaptable open areas for events that require both covered and open presentation areas.
There are also many other alternative outdoor areas, around the Resort and Golf Course, that can be adapted or 'themed' to meet requirements for up to 500 people.
Our special events co-ordinator will become your personal representative in Spain, working closely with you to ensure that:
- Your travel and airport/resort transfers are managed.
- A comprehensive and complete program and itinerary is prepared
- Conference and meeting areas are prepared for the numbers and the needs of the event
- Accommodation at Desert Springs is allocated to suit the requirements of your party
- Formal dinners and meals are planned with our executive chef
- Leisure options are arranged, including off-resort activities such as clay pigeon shoots, horse riding, fishing trips, snorkelling, off-roading & more

The excellent facilities and weather made sure that we had a wonderful and productive stay.
