The developers of Desert Springs, Villaricos and Playa Marques are currently offering 25% to 30%+ discounts off the List Price of every single new property for a limited period of time in order to compensate for the falls in the value of the pound sterling against the Euro.

The Spanish Ministry of Development have announced a reduction of 50% in the IVA (VAT) applicable to the purchase of NEW properties only, from 8% to 4%. This offer is only valid for purchases of NEW properties.
